Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in: your email address, name and profile picture.
• The photos you upload for a video, and the choices you make for it (the trend, its options, shape and quality).
• The videos made for you, and a record of each one: when it was made, its settings and whether it finished.
• Purchases: which credit pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the page or link that brought you here.

2. How your photos are used

Your photos are used to make your video and for nothing else. They are not shown publicly and we do not use them, or your videos, to train AI models.

Photos must follow the photo rules: the people in them must be adults who agreed to be in the video, and photos of celebrities or other public figures are not accepted. Content that breaks the rules can be refused and the account closed. We do not promise to check every photo before a video is made.

Your photos are stored in our own private storage (Cloudflare R2), never publicly. Photos smaller than 300 x 300 pixels are turned down before upload, and large ones are scaled down in your browser before they are sent. The AI service that makes the video receives a temporary link to them that expires within a few hours; your browser never sends your photos to them directly.

Your photos are deleted from our storage as soon as your video is finished or has failed, or when a photo is refused. As a safety net, anything left behind is deleted automatically within a day.

3. Your videos

Finished videos are listed for you under "Your videos" while you are signed in, so you can download them again. Download any video you want to keep: we do not promise to keep it available forever.

With the "Silent" option, the soundtrack is switched off in the file before it is given to you.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share only what each of these services needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare: storage of your photos (until your video is done) and of finished videos, and sending the emails you ask for (sign-in codes, a note when a video is ready).
• fal.ai: for some trends, video generation (and an optional photo check) (a temporary link to your photos; the resulting video).
• Seedance (through api.seed-4k.com): video generation for most trends (a temporary link to your photos; the resulting video).
• Stripe: payments (your email and purchase).
• Google: sign-in, and Google Analytics to count visits.
• Vercel and Neon: hosting and the database behind the site.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, to remember where you first came from, and (through Google Analytics) to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your choices

Email support@trendvideomaker.com from the address you signed in with to get a copy of your data, to have your account and its records deleted, or to ask us to request deletion of your files from our provider.

7. Age

Trend Video Maker is for adults only. Do not use it, and do not upload photos of anyone, under 18.

8. Changes and contact
